Payment Options

You can pay online at the time of checkout using your credit/debit card/net banking/ online wallets. We accept all Indian Credit/Debit Cards. Additionally, we also provide bank deposit option incase you prefer it and send us an email with your request.

Our bakery products are delivered only in Mumbai because of perishability issues. Similarly, we deliver gift boxes with fresh flowers only in Mumbai and for out of Mumbai orders, we replace the fresh flowers with an additional product of the same value.

Delivery Method

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship via our own in-house logistics system & reputed e-commerce shipping partners.

 

Delivery Charges

We charge Rs. 150/- as a flat delivery charge on all orders outside Mumbai. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices. There are no hidden charges for delivery.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive it within 2 - 6 working days. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays.

Bakery Products and gift boxes (for Mumbai Only) are delivered between 24 - 48 hours, not including Sunday & Public holidays

 

Returns

We do not accept returns unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiry date.

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. If in case this happens, please send us a picture of the expired or damaged product and will send you a replacement at no additional cost  if you prfer or refund your money for the same.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

We do not encourage cancellations since our team works hard to prepare your order and everything is made fresh the minute your order is placed. However, due to any extreme circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order please reach out to our customer service team before the order is dispatched and we will try our best to assist you. Note that for prepaid orders, we only issue store credit that can be used to purchase products / gifts from the website for a period of 4 months from issue. We cannot refund the amount to your card / bank. 

Incase an ordered product is not available, we will reach out to you to assist you with a replacement if required immediately or let you know the estimated wait time for it's arrival. You can also opt for store credit in exchange of the same. Refunds are only issued in extreme cases where we are unable to provide the product in a reasonable time period.
